Here at Eastern Tire & Auto Service we are very proud of our staff.  I regularly tell my peers (and my staff) of my delight in our crew.  They are so efficient and frequently receive praise from our customers for the ethical, thorough and thoughtful way we approach their needs.  Most importantly, we have fun, and enjoy our work, and working together.  In the end, it shows in our product.

Our Team is –

 

Kris Lowell, Office Manager

Kris has been with us for three years and in that short time has proved to be invaluable to ownership and the management staff. She not only provides our accounting and payroll service, but holds great responsibility for much of the creative marketing that we do. Kris has quickly embraced out way of doing business and keeps our entire team on track and focused on our goals. You may not see her on every visit, but we could not provide the level of service we do without her support.

 

Scooter Chadbourne, Sales

Scooter too has extensive experience in service and parts at local dealerships.  He is our “yes” man.  His job in customer service here at Eastern Tire & Auto Service is to answer your questions, all questions, with a yes.  He has become an invaluable component to our continued commitment to your satisfactory repair or purchase experience.

 

Steve Pilley

We are fortunate to have attracted Steve to our staff. He brings with him 20 years experience with auto repair and fleet management to compliment our team. His vast knowledge and minute attention to detail makes us stronger, as does his demanding commitment to the highest levels of customer service.

 

Mike Parent, Automotive Technician

Mike has been our lead technician for more than 15 years.  Prior to his career here, Mike owned his own independent shop.  He willingly tackles any project, and has been known  to say that he’d work on a helicopter if one landed in the parking lot.  His work ethic and attitude make us a stronger business.

 

 

 

Ricky Real, Automotive Technician

Rick is yet another important cog of our repair shop.  Rick is in his second tour of duty here, and we’re glad he has returned to our ranks.  His attitude and eagerness to get it right the first time makes him a pleasure to have in our work place.

 

 

 

Donnie Brown, Tire Service Technician

Donnie is the backbone of our passenger tire service department.  He services more cars per day alone than many other shops service with a small crew.  He is a young man committed to his teammates and our customer base.  He continually puts the needs of our customers ahead of all other.

 

 

 

Brian Gendron, Tire Service Technician

Brian too is on his second tour of duty after some time away. We are very excited for his return to our staff. Brian sets the pace at which the rest of the crew works. He is our “Charlie Hustle”. He has years of experience in the tire business, and serves as the Big Brother to many of our younger team members. Brian’s knowledge base complements the management team and we are thankful for Brian’s dedication to our way of doing things.

 

A.J. Woodman, Tire Service Technician

After a lengthy process and search for two new and strong team members we have found one in A.J. He comes to us with a background in tire service and light mechanical repair. He has proven in his short tenure that we were correct in evaluation of his talents. He also has an attitude that makes him a joy to work with. Our customers have come to enjoy him already.

 

 

 

Aron Shields, Alignment Technician

Aron is the second of two new team members that we are convinced will make us stronger in the quest for better customer service. He is a young man who has taken responsibilities, and succeeded, that some twice his age have yet to. He provides our alignment services and some mechanical repair. He also has the ability to support our tire technicians with his background in medium truck tire service. We look forward to many years of high quality work from Aron.
