Scooter Chadbourne, Sales
Scooter too has extensive experience in service and parts at local dealerships. He is our “yes” man. His job in customer service here at Eastern Tire & Auto Service is to answer your questions, all questions, with a yes. He has become an invaluable component to our continued commitment to your satisfactory repair or purchase experience.
Mike Parent, Automotive Technician
Mike has been our lead technician for more than 15 years. Prior to his career here, Mike owned his own independent shop. He willingly tackles any project, and has been known to say that he’d work on a helicopter if one landed in the parking lot. His work ethic and attitude make us a stronger business.
Ricky Real, Automotive Technician
Rick is yet another important cog of our repair shop. Rick is in his second tour of duty here, and we’re glad he has returned to our ranks. His attitude and eagerness to get it right the first time makes him a pleasure to have in our work place.
Jacolby Leavitt, Suspension and Alignment Technician
Jacolby has been with us since the spring of 09, having come to us with extensive GM dealership training and experience. His greatest strengths are his attention to detail and his willingness to do anything asked of him. I am confident that he will be with us for a long time.
John Resmini, Automotive Technician
John is also a relative newcomer who was eagerly interviewed when he showed interest in a career with us. His experience and broad reaching background in all aspects of auto repair, both foreign and domestic, immediately made us better able to satisfy our customer’s demands.
Steve Tanzi, Tire Service Technician
Steve comes to us having worked for a busy commercial truck tire center in the Boston area. He gives us strength. You’ll see what I mean should you meet him! There is not a commercial, off road, or industrial tire that he hasn’t mastered. His pleasant demeanor is welcomed, and his interest in our customers is an exemplary trait.
Donnie Brown, Tire Service Technician
Donnie is the backbone of our passenger tire service department. He services more cars per day alone than many other shops service with a small crew. He is a young man committed to his teammates and our customer base. He continually puts the needs of our customers ahead of all other.
Jonnie James, Intern
Jonnie comes to us as a high school student who gives us his best two or three days a week. He is learning the trade and strengthening his vocational training with practical experience. His intent is to join the Marine Corp next summer. We will miss him here but are proud of his willingness to follow his grandfather’s footsteps to service our country.
